We deliver research deliverables (screened company universes, reports, monitoring updates) as scoped in individual engagement agreements. Website content, including the specimen report, is informational and does not constitute an offer; engagement terms are agreed per project.
Deliverables are licensed for the client's internal deal-sourcing and research use. Resale or redistribution of deliverables as a data product requires written agreement. Clients remain responsible for their own outreach practices and compliance with applicable law (including e-privacy and anti-spam rules in their jurisdictions).
Deliverables are research inputs, not investment, legal, or tax advice. We warrant the described method — evidence-backed extraction from public company websites — not the commercial outcome of any acquisition effort. Classifications reflect website content at screening time.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and for slight negligence to breaches of essential contractual duties, capped at the fees of the affected engagement. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
